M95128-125 Automotive 128 Kbit SPI bus EEPROM
The M95128 devices are Electrically Erasable PROgrammable Memories (EEPROMs) organized as 16384 x 8 bits, accessed through the SPI bus.
The M95128 devices can operate with a supply range from 2.5 V up to 5.5 V, and are guaranteed over the -40 °C/+125 °C temperature range. They are compliant with the Automotive standard AEC-Q100 Grade 1

- 2.5 V to 5.5 V for M95128-W
- Operating temperature range: from -40°C up to +125°C
- Enhanced ESD protection
- More than 1 million Write cycles
- More than 40-year data retention
