M95320-125 Automotive 32 Kbit serial SPI bus EEPROM
The M95320 devices are Electrically Erasable PROgrammable Memories (EEPROMs) organized as 4096 x 8 bits, accessed through the SPI bus.
The M95320 devices can operate with a supply range from 2.5 V up to 5.5 V, and are guaranteed over the -40 °C/+125 °C temperature range. They are compliant with the Automotive standard AEC-Q100 Grade 1.

- Operating temperature range: from -40°C up to +125°C

- More than 1 million Write cycles
- More than 40-year data retention
