74ABT162245A高性能BiCMOS器件结合了低静态和动态功耗以及高速。
74ABT162245A器件是16位收发器，在发送和接收方向上都具有非反相3态总线兼容输出。控制功能实施可最大限度减少外部定时要求。该器件具有两个可实现轻松级联的输出
使能（1OE，2OE）输入以及两个可实现直接控制的直接（1DIR，2DIR）输入。
74ABT162245A设计为在A、B两个端口上的高低输出结构中都具有30 Ω串联电阻。这种设计可降低内存地址驱动器、时钟驱动器以及总线接收器/发射器等应用中的噪声。
74ABT162245A与74ABT16245A-1相同。器件编号已经更改为反映行业标准。有两个选项，74ABT162245A不具有总线保持特性，74ABTH162245A具有总线保持特性。
