74AUP1T97: 低功耗可配置门，带电压电平转换器
74AUP1T97提供低功耗、低电压的可配置逻辑门功能。输出状态由3位输入的八种模式确定。用户可以选择逻辑功能MUX、AND、OR、NAND、NOR、反相器和缓冲器。所有输入都可连接到VCC或GND。
该器件可确保整个2.3 V至3.6 V VCC范围内的极低静态和动态功耗。
74AUP1T97针对逻辑电平转换应用设计，具有可接受1.8 V低压CMOS信号的输入切换电平，采用2.5 V或3.3 V单电源电压。
电池电压从3.6 V降至2.3 V时，宽电源电压范围可确保正常运行。
该器件完全适合使用IOFF的局部掉电应用。IOFF电路可禁用输出，防止掉电时破坏性回流电流通过该器件。
施密特触发器输入使电路容许整个VCC范围内较慢的输入上升和下降时间。
