74LVC4245A：八进制双电源转换收发器；3态

74LVC4245A是在发送和接收方向都具有非反相3态总线兼容输出的八进制双电源转换收发器。该器件设计为在处于混合3 V和5 V电源环境中的3 V和5 V总线之间接合。

该器件具有可实现轻松级联的输出使能输入（针脚OE）和实现方向控制的发送/接收输入（针脚DIR）。针脚OE控制输出，因此总线可以得到有效隔离。

在挂起模式下，当VCC(A)为零时，电源间不会有电流流过。 A输出必须设置为3态且总线A上的电压必须低于Vdiode（典型值0.7 V）。

VCC(A) ≥ VCC(B)，挂起模式下除外。

    • CMOS低功耗
    • 具有TTL电平的直接接口
    • 输入可接受高达5.5 V的电压
    • VCC(A) = 0 V时的高阻抗
    • 符合JEDEC标准no. JESD8B/JESD36
    • ESD保护：
      • HBM JESD22-A114F超过2000 V
      • MM JESD22-A115-A超过200 V
    • HBM JESD22-A114F超过2000 V
    • MM JESD22-A115-A超过200 V
    • 多种封装选择
    • 额定温度范围为-40 °C至+85 °C和-40 °C至+125 °C
