74LVC823A：带5 V容压输入/输出的9位D型触发器；正沿触发器（三态）

74LVC823A是高性能、低功耗、低电压、硅栅CMOS器件，性能优于最先进的CMOS可兼容TTL系列。

输入可从3.3 V器件或5 V器件驱动。在三态操作中，输出可处理5 V。该特性允许在3.3 V和5 V混合电压环境中将这些器件用作转换器。

74LVC823A是9位D类触发器，具有通用时钟（引脚CP）、时钟使能（引脚CE）、主复位（引脚MR）以及用于总线应用的三态输出（引脚Qn）。只要引脚CE为低电平，9个触发器就会存储它们各自的D输入状态，满足CP从低到高转换的建立和保持时间要求。引脚CE为高电平时，这些触发器会保持它们的数据。引脚MR上的低电平会复位所有触发器。引脚OE为低电平时，9个触发器的内容在输出处可用。引脚OE为高电平时，输出会进入高阻抗关断状态。OE输入的操作不会影响触发器的状态。
