BGU7007: 用于GPS、GLONASS、Galileo和Compass的SiGe:C LNA MMIC
BGU7007是一款低噪声放大器(LNA)，适用于GNSS接收器应用，采用塑料6管无引脚极小型SOT886封装。BGU7007只需要一个外部匹配电感和一个外部去耦电容。BGU7007通过兼容现代蜂窝手持设备中不同的无线电系统，使其自身适应不断变化的环境。是为了在共存蜂窝发射器存在干扰信号的情况下获得低功耗和最佳性能而设计的。在低干扰功率水平时，具有0.85 dB的噪声系数和18.5 dB的增益。高干扰功率下（例如因蜂窝发射脉冲信号），可暂时加大其偏置电流以改善灵敏度。
