CBTD3861: 10位电平转换总线开关，具有输出使能
CBTD3861提供十位高速TTL兼容总线开关。该开关的低通态电阻允许在传播延迟最小的情况进行连接。
CBTD3861器件采用带一个输出使能(OE)输入的10位总线开关结构。OE为低电平时，开关处于开启状态且端口A连接到端口B。OE为高电平时，每个开关都处于禁用状态。
CBTD3861的特点是工作温度范围为-40 °C至+85 °C。
