MC12XS6: 外部汽车照明多通道eXtreme开关

恩智浦MC12XS6是第4代eXtreme开关，用于汽车照明驱动器，可以控制和诊断灯泡和发光二极管(LED)，具有更强的诊断精度。

工作电压范围为7.0 V至18 V，睡眠电流低于5.0 μA，电压范围可扩展为6.0 V至28 V

借助可编程同步信号和电池电压反馈，增强输出电流感应
看门狗和跛行回家模式
