MPC17531: 双H桥，电机驱动器，2-8.6V，1.4A，200kHz

恩智浦MPC17531A是一款单片式双H桥电源IC，适用于包含双极步进电机和/或有刷直流电机(如：摄像头和磁盘驱动磁头定位器)的便携式电子应用。

  • 总导通电阻低，0.8 Ω (典型值)，1.2 Ω (最大值) @ 25°C
  • 输出电流0.7 A (DC)
  • 直通电流保护电路
  • 高达200 kHz的PWM控制输入频率
  • 内置电荷泵电路
  • 低功耗
  • 欠压检测和关断电路
  • 节电模式电流消耗 ≤ 2.0 µA
  • 后缀EG和EP指定的无铅封装
