MPXx5050: MP3V -50至50kPa，MPXV 0至50kPa，3.0v或5.0v，差压和表压、硅压力传感器

MPxx5050系列(MP3V5050、MPXV5050VC6T1、MP3V5050、MPX5050/MPXV5050G和MPVZ5050G系列)传感器集成了片上技术、双极运算放大器电路和薄膜电阻器网络，可提供高输出信号和温度补偿功能。凭借体积小巧的优点，以及片上集成的高可靠性，恩智浦压力传感器成为系统设计人员顺理成章又经济高效的选择。

MPxx050系列传感器是最新型的单片式带信号调节的硅压力传感器。该传感器集先进的微机械技术、薄膜金属化和双极半导体工艺于一身，可提供与所施压力成正比、精确的高电平模拟输出信号。
