NX3L1G53GT: 低电阻单刀双掷模拟开关
NX3L1G53是低电阻单刀双掷模拟开关，适合用作模拟或数字2:1多路复用器/多路解复用器。其具有一个数字选择输入(S)、两个独立的输入/输出（Y0和Y1）、一个公用输入/输出(Z)和一个有源低电平使能输入(E)。引脚E为高电平时，开关关闭。施密特触发器在数字输入处工作，这使得电路容许较慢的输入上升和下降时间。
NX3L1G53允许具有高达VCC振幅的信号从Z传输到Y0或Y1；或从Y0或Y1传输到Z。其低导通电阻(0.5 Ω)和平坦度(0.13 Ω)确保传输的信号具有最小衰减和失真。
