NX3L1T5157: 低电阻单刀双掷模拟开关
NX3L1T5157是低电阻单刀双掷模拟开关，适用于模拟或数字2 : 1多路复用器/解复用器。其具有一个数字选择输入(S)、两个独立的输入/输出（Y0和Y1）和一个公共输入/输出(Z)。
数字输入处的施密特触发器动作使电路容许较慢的输入上升和下降时间。低阈值数字输入使该器件能由3.3 V应用中的1.8 V逻辑电平驱动而不明显增加电源电流ICC。NX3L1T5157允许振幅高达VCC的信号从Z传输到Y0或Y1；或从Y0或Y1传输到Z。其低导通电阻(0.5 Ω)和平坦度(0.13 Ω)确保最小衰减和传输信号失真。
