PCF21xxC family: LCD驱动器
PCF21xxC系列是单芯片、硅栅CMOS LCD驱动器电路。3线(CBUS)结构能使用微控制器进行串行数据传送。所有输入均为CMOS/NMOS兼容。
器件与其所替代的PCF21xx系列具有相同的功能和性能。所需的最大工作电压从6.5降至6.0 V。
