S08GW: 8 位低功率 LCD GW 微控制器

MC9S08GW 低功率 8 位微控制器系列基于成熟的 S08 内核，用于水气流量计以及单相电表。该系列器件适用于多种电表应用，拥有两个独立的、带有可编程延时模块的 16 位 SAR 模数转换器 (ADC) 和一个为水气流量计提供自动感测解码功能的脉冲计数器。此外，它灵活的 LCD 控制器设计使其具有高度的集成性。 MC9S08GW 系列具有全套的硬件和软件工具，可实现快速轻松的开发，还包括一个用于快速启动的经济高效的塔式模块。
