S12ZVL: S12ZVL混合信号MCU，适用于汽车和工业LIN应用
S12ZVL平台是S12 MagniV®./a>混合信号MCU系列的一部分，提供一个低成本、高度集成的解决方案，适合空间受限的汽车LIN节点。这个系列还具有从8-128K闪存的存储器尺寸，为平台标准化提供了充分的可扩展性。
S12ZVL集成了高精尖的S12Z内核、一个12 V至5 V稳压器和一个LIN物理层收发器，适用于传感器接口、执行器、开关面板或环境照明等多种汽车和工业控制应用。
S12 MagniV® Mixed-Signal MCU for LIN Applications

- S12Z内核 - 32 MHz总线频率
- 高达128 KB闪存(带ECC)
- 高达2 KB EEPROM (带ECC)
- 高达8 KB RAM (带ECC)
- 模拟比较器和DAC
- PGA
- 面向供电器件的12V Vreg + 外部组件- 总计70mA (170mA，带外部整流器)
- LIN物理层
- 片上RC振荡器，精度微调至1.3%，LIN上无需外部XTAL
- 超级可靠的MCU
