UBA20270T：用于CFL的可调光控制器IC
UBA20270是一款高压IC，能与两个外部NMOS功率FET配合使用，从而控制高功率自镇流可调光紧凑型荧光灯(CFL)。UBA20270具有高级逐级调光功能和升压冷光（汞）CFL灯的灯电流控制升压功能。 控制器提供半桥驱动功能，包括集成自举二极管的高压电平转换电路、振荡器、用于预热和点亮的电流控制功能、定时器以及保护电路。UBA20270采用高效率dV/dt电源电路供电。
