i.MX514: 应用处理器 - 硬件加速2D和3D图形，高性能，低功耗，ARM® Cortex®-A8内核

i.MX514多媒体应用处理器具有极高的处理性能，可最大限度降低导航、高级人机接口、仪表盘和车载智能通信系统的功耗，同时提供硬件加速的2D和3D显卡。它采用恩智浦基于ARM® Cortex®-A8内核的先进的高能效设计，运行频率达600 MHz。

i.MX514由与之配套的恩智浦电源管理集成电路(PMIC)、 MC13892、MC34704、MC34709和MMPF0100提供支持。

如需用于汽车应用的i.MX51型号，可订购i.MX516样品。
