Kinetis® KV3x系列MCU是适用于BLDC、PMSM和ACIM电机控制应用的高性能解决方案。
KV3系列器件采用运行主频为100或120 MHz、带DSP指令集和浮点运算单元的ARM Cortex-M4内核,配备两个采样率高达每秒120万次(MSPS)的12位模数转换器(ADC),多个电机控制定时器,64至512 KB闪存,以及来自原厂和第三方的全面支持套件,包含基于恩智浦嵌入式软件库和电机配置工具的面向ACIM、BLDC和PMSM电机控制的参考设计。
