MM908E625: 8位MCU，带集成Vreg、可配置H-B、LIN

恩智浦MM908E625是一个集成型单封装解决方案，包括一个带有SMARTMOS®模拟控制IC的高性能HC08 MCU。

HC08包括闪存、定时器、增强串行通信接口、ADC、SPI和一个内部时钟发生器模块

模拟控制芯片提供完全受保护的H桥/高边输出、稳压器、带有循环唤醒的自治看门狗和本地互连网(LIN)物理层

该单封装解决方案和LIN一起提供优化的应用性能调节和节省空间的PCB设计

非常适合汽车后视镜、门锁和灯光亮度调节应用控制
