MPC566: 32位微控制器

MPC566整合了一个Power Architecture®内核、一个双精度浮点运算单元和BCC、36 KB的RAM和1 MB的闪存。

MPC566是MPC565的升级版， 提供代码压缩以便更有效地利用内部或外部闪存。代码压缩针对汽车(非高速缓存)应用进行了优化，这个新方案将性能提高了40％至50％。

  • 将TPU3_C连接到DPTRAM_C (4 KB)
  • 有22个定时器的通道模块化I/O系统(MIOS14)
    • 等同于MIOS1加一个实时时钟子模块(MRTCSM)、4个计数器子模块(MCSM)、4个脉冲宽度调制(PWM)子模块(MPWMSM)
  • 等同于MIOS1加一个实时时钟子模块(MRTCSM)、4个计数器子模块(MCSM)、4个脉冲宽度调制(PWM)子模块(MPWMSM)
  • 3个TouCAN模块(TOUCAN_A、TOUCAN_B、TOUCAN_C)
  • 两个增强型队列模数转换器(QADC64E_A, QADC64E_B)，总共带有40个模拟通道。可配置这些模块，使每个模块都可以访问该部件的全部40个模拟输入(正交)
  • 两个队列串行多通道模块(QSMCM_A, QSMCM_B)，其中每个都包含一个队列串行外设接口(QSPI)和两个串行控制器接口(SCI/UART)
  • 1个J1850 (DLCMD2)通信模块
  • 一个NEXUS调试端口(class 3)—IEEE®ISTO 5001-1999
