S12VR为车窗升降和天窗等汽车和工业控制应用提供最小、最高效且可扩展的继电器驱动的直流电机控制解决方案。
它集成S12 16位微控制器,以及LIN物理层接口,低边和高边驱动器。面向12 V开关接口的高压输入引脚,面向传感器电源的EVDD,降低系统、质检和制造成本。
