LC87F2R04A: 8-bit Microcontroller with 4K-Byte Flash ROM and 128-Byte RAM
The LC87F2R04A is an 8-bit microcontroller that, centered around a CPU running at a minimum bus cycle time of 83.3 ns, integrates a number of hardware features such as 4K-byte flash ROM, 128-byte RAM, an on-chip debugger, sophisticated 16-bit timers/counters (may be divided into 8-bit timers), two 8-bit timers with a prescaler, an asynchronous/synchronous SIO interface, a 12-bit/8-bit 8-channel AD converter, an internal reset and a 12-source 8-vector interrupt feature.
