LV8104V: Motor Predriver, Brushless, 3-Phase
LV8104V is a pre-driver IC designed for variable speed control of 3-phase brushless motors. Its integrated charge pumps satisfy both upper and lower N-channel gate drive requirements. High efficiency operation is achieved through the use of direct PWM drive and synchronous rectification.
