NCL30160: 恒流降压稳压器LED驱动器

NCL30160是一款NFET迟滞步降恒流高功率LED驱动器，适用于使用极少外部元件数的汽车、工业和通用照明应用。输入电压范围6.3 V至40 V。迟滞控制为不同数量和类型的LED阵列提供负载瞬变和PWM调光时良好的电源抑制和快速响应。专用的PWM输入(调光/使能)支持宽范围的脉冲调光，高达1.4 MHz的开关频率支持使用更小的外部元件，最大限度地缩减空间和成本。保护特性包括可设定电阻的LED稳流、受损的/开路保护、欠压保护和热关断。NCL30160采用SOIC-8封装。
