500mA Variable/Fixed Output LDO Regulators BD15KA5FP
ROHM的二次LDO稳压器系列能够使正在追求小型化、节能化的各种装置最大限度地发挥其性能，构成低噪声而又稳定工作的电源电路。用于局部电源的500mA固定输出二次LDO稳压器系列是输出电压精度为±1%、最大可提供500ｍA输出电流的低饱和型稳压器。系列中包括有多种输出电压、不同的封装形式，形成了类型丰富的茶品阵容。可广泛应用于TV、汽车音响以及HDD、PC、DVD等等。本系列产品内置有防止输出短路等原因损毁IC的过流保护电路、防止过负荷状态等产生的热破坏IC的过热保护电路。
