面向大屏幕的白色LED驱动器 BD9420F
BD9420F是白色LED用高效率驱动器，适用于大屏幕液晶驱动器。BD9420F内置了可向光源（LED串联连接的阵列）提供适当电压的DCDC转换器。BD9420F中内置了应对异常状态的几种保护功能。过电压保护（OVP: Over Voltage Protection）、过电流检测（OCP: Over Current limit Protection of DCDC）、短路电路保护（SCP: Short Circuit Protection）、开路保护（open detection of LED string）等。因此，可在更宽的输出电压条件及负载条件下使用。
