1ch 150mA CMOS LDO Regulators BH30SA3WGUT
BH**SA3WGT系列是采用超小型封装VCSP60N1（0.96mm×0.96mm×0.6mm）的150ｍA输出高性能FULL CMOS稳压器。电路电流只有40μA，功耗低，同时又有优良的噪声特性和负载响应特性，最适合逻辑IC用电源、RF用电源、照相机模块用电源等各种用途。
