Standard Voltage Detectors BU4909FVE

ROHM的低电压标准CMOS复位IC系列是高精度、低消耗电流的RESET IC系列。为使用户能够选择到适合用途的产品,输出形式有Nch漏极开路和CMOS输出2类;检测电压在0.9V to 4.8V范围内以 0.1V为级差备有多个型号产品形成产品线。各个型号产品都是无铅产品,符合RoHS指令。
