BU7291G /BU7294xx、BU7291SG/BU7294Sxx是含1个电路/4个电路的CMOS运算放大器电路。可实现输入输出全振幅、高转换速率、低电压工作、低消耗电流、高速动作，输入偏压电流极小为1pA (Typ)，且BU7291SG和BU7294Sxx的特点是-40°C～+105°C的大工作温度范围。
