Low Power Ground Sense Operational Amplifier BU7421G
超低消耗电流CMOS运算放大器BU7265/BU7205/BU7271/BU7245家族和BU7411/BU7421/BU7475家族是分别在单芯片中集成了输入输出全振幅和接地检测运算放大器的单片式IC。 消耗电流非常低(BU7265/BU7411家族：0.35[μA], BU7421家族：8.5[μA], BU7271家族：8.6[μA])，工作电压范围为+1.6[V] ～ +5.5[V](BU7411家族：单一电源工作的情况下)，可低电压工作。最适于便携式机器和电池驱动的应用方案。
