Clock configuration tool for STM32F2xx microcontrollers update History

For more information about this tool please refer to "AN3362 Clock configuration tool for STM32F2xx microcontrollers"  available for download from the STMicroelectronics website at www.st.com.

V1.1.0 / 11-November-2011

Main Changes

  • Add the possibility to enter a non integer MHz value for HSE crystal and HCLK clock frequencies.
  • Add constraint on the RNG and SDIO clock (max 48 MHz) when the USB is not used ("Require 48MHz for USB OTG FS, SDIO and RNG Clock" option disabled)
  • When the USB is enabled ("Require 48MHz for USB OTG FS, SDIO and RNG Clock" option enabled)
    • Only the HSE can be used as PLL and/or System clock source
    • When it is not possible to have 48 MHz with the target System clock frequency, a message window appear and display the nearest system frequency allowing to have 48 MHz, then user can select to accept or not this configuration.
  • A progress bar is added to inform about the progress of the clock parameters searching.

V1.0.0 / 18-April-2011
