SP5002 Series -
6 Channel Common Mode Filter with ESD Protection - Qualified to AEC-Q101
DataSheet:Littelfuse TVS Diode Array SP5002 datasheet

The SP5002 Series Transient Voltage Suppression (TVS) Diode from Littelfuse is a highly integrated Common-Mode Filter (CMF) that provides both electrostatic discharge (ESD) protection and common-mode EMI filtering for systems that use high speed differential serial interfaces. Its high common-mode stop band attenuation in the cellular frequency ranges effectively prevents high speed data lines from interfering with radio frequencies. The SP5002 Series can protect and filter three differential line pairs. Its low-profile RoHS-compliant TDFN-16 package and compact design offer substantial cost and space savings over discrete solutions.
Features:
- Deep common-mode stop band attenuation (-30dB)
- Large differential bandwidth (> 2.0 GHz)
- Low channel capacitance of 0.8pF
- Low-profile TDFN-16 package
- AEC-Q101 qualified
Applications:
- Protection of HDMI, MIPI D-PHY, USB, or DVI interfaces in:
- Smartphones
- Tablets
- Digital still cameras
- Other consumer electronics
