The 600V family has been primarily designed for motor drive applications up to 30kHz. For this reason, the outstanding feature of the diodes is the softness and V F parameter. This results in diodes that have excellent EMI behaviour and low conduction losses. The entire family has been qualified with a T j(max) of 175°C and are qualified according to JEDEC standards for target applications.
