The SmartLEWIS™ MCU family comprises an ASK/FSK multiband transmitter for the sub 1GHz ISM frequency bands with embedded 8051 microcontroller and on-chip memory. As such, PMA is a highly optimized single-chip for remote control applications realizing a remote control with 11 components only. Additionally, exciting peripheral functions like a LF-Receiver and a multi-channel 10-bit analog to digital converter are integrated, building a fully scalable and pin-compatible product family. PMA71xx is targeted for consumer and industrial applications, whereby PMA51xx offers a wide temperature range of -40 to +125°C and automotive qualification.
