D1200 Series -
Capacitor trip unit, 220-250Vac/300Vdc, 66 µF
This unit has been designed to provide energy for tripping of the circuit breaker in installations where D0100 are supplied from the AC mains. The unit has a 66 µF capacitor which is kept charged to 300Vdc by the AC supply voltage. In the case of an arcing fault the AC voltage will disappear and the energy stored in the capacitor can be used for tripping of the circuit breaker.
