MC12XSC: 12V External Industrial Lighting SPI-Controlled Switch

The NXP® MC12XSC eXtreme switch devices are SPI-controlled smart high side switches for industrial applications, providing diagnostics, as well as comprehensive fault management and control of the loads without complex software.

Smart overcurrent shutdown, severe short-circuit, overtemperature protection with time limited auto retry, and fail-safe mode in case of MCU damage
PWM module with programmable outputs delay management
Analog current and temperature feedback with selectable ratio
Watchdog and fail-safe management
