PN512是一款高度集成的收发器IC,用于13.56 MHz的非接触式通信。该收发器IC利用出色的调制和解调概念,完全集成各类13.56 MHz非接触式通信方法和协议。

提供不同版本

PN512提供三种版本:

  • PN5120A0HN1/C2 (HVQFN32)和PN5120A0HN/C2 (HVQFN40),下文称为版本2.0
  • PN512AA0HN1/C2 (HVQFN32)和PN512AA0HN1/C2BI(HVQFN32预烧制),下文称为工业版本,符合汽车电子委员会制定的AEC-Q100 3级汽车认证标准,该标准定义了用于汽车集成电路(IC)的临界应力测试认证。
  • PN5120A0HN1/C1(HVQFN32)和PN5120A0HN/C1 (HVQFN40),下文称为版本1.0

简介

PN512收发器IC支持4种不同的工作模式:

  • 支持ISO/IEC 14443A/MIFARE和FeliCa方案的读写模式
  • 支持ISO/IEC 14443B的读写模式
  • 支持ISO/IEC 14443A/MIFARE和FeliCa方案的卡片工作模式
  • NFCIP-1模式

PN512内部发送器具有ISO/IEC 14443A/MIFARE读写模式,可驱动读写天线和应答器,而无需额外的有源电路;该读写天线设计用于ISO/IEC 14443A/MIFARE卡的通信。接收器部分可稳定、高效地解调和解码来自ISO/IEC 14443A/MIFARE兼容型卡和应答器的信号。数字部分处理完整的ISO/IEC 14443A成帧和错误检测(奇偶校验和CRC)。

PN512支持MIFARE 1K或MIFARE 4K仿真产品。PN512支持采用MIFARE较高的传输速率(高达424 kb/s)进行双向非接触式通信。

PN512收发器IC具有FeliCa读写模式,支持FeliCa通信方案。接收器提供稳定高效的解调和解码电路方案,兼容FeliCa编码信号。数字部分处理FeliCa成帧和错误检测,比如CRC。PN512支持采用FeliCa较高的传输速率(高达424 kb/s)进行双向非接触式通信。

PN512支持ISO/IEC 14443B读写通信方案的所有层级,前提是额外的元件(比如振荡器、电源、线圈等)已正确的部署,并假定标准协议(比如ISO/IEC 14443-4和/或ISO/IEC 14443B防干扰)已正确部署。

在卡片工作模式中,PN512收发器IC可根据FeliCa或ISO/IEC 14443A/MIFARE卡接口方案回应读写命令。PN512产生数字负载调制信号,与外部电路配合使用可将回应信号送回读写器。只有通过S²C接口配合安全IC使用,才能提供完整的安全卡功能。

此外,PN512收发器IC可与NFCIP-1模式下的NFCIP-1器件直接通信。NFCIP-1模式提供各种通信模式和高达424 kb/s的传输速率,符合Ecma 340和ISO/IEC 18092 NFCIP-1标准。数字部分处理完整的NFCIP-1成帧和错误检测。

集成各种主机控制器接口:

  • 8位并行接口
  • SPI接口
  • 串行UART(类似于RS232,电压电平取决于焊盘电源电压)
  • I²C接口。

该恩智浦IC的购买者必须具有适当的第三方专利授权。
