LC87F0N04A: 8-bit Microcontroller with 4.5K-byte Flash ROM and 128-byte RAM
The LC87F0N04A is an 8-bit microcomputer that, centered around a CPU running at a minimum bus cycle time of 100.0ns, integrates on a single chip a number of hardware features such as 4.5K-byte flash ROM (On-boardprogrammable), 128-byte RAM, an On-chip-debugger, sophisticated 16-bit timers/counters (may be divided into 8-bit timers), a 16-bit timer(may be divided into 8-bit timers or 8-bit PWMs), an asynchronous/synchronous SIO interface, motor control 10-bit PWM, two Analog Comparators, a 10/8-bit 6-channel AD converter, a system clock frequency divider, an internal reset and a 14-source 9-vector interrupt feature.
