LC87F5VP6A: 8-bit Microcontroller with 256K-byte Flash ROM and 10240-byte RAM
The LC87F5VP6A is an 8-bit microcontroller centered around a CPU core that operates with a minimum bus cycle time of 83ns and integrate an extensive set of peripheral functions on a single chip.
