MT9V023: VGA 1/3" GS CMOS Image Sensor
The MT9V023 6um global shutter HDR pixel technology uniquely allows automotive cameras to “freeze” fast moving objects, and capture all scene detail under extreme lighting conditions. The MT9V023 enhanced NIR pixel process provides excellent image quality in very low-light night conditions.
