NCP153: Linear Voltage Regulator, Low Dropout (LDO), Dual 130 mA, Low IQ with Foldback
The NCP153 is 130 mA, Dual Output Linear Voltage Regulator that provides a very stable and accurate voltage with very low noise and high Power Supply Rejection Ratio (PSRR) suitable for RF applications. In order to optimize performance for battery operated
portable applications, the NCP153 employs the Adaptive Ground Current Feature for low ground current consumption during light−load conditions. Device also incorporates foldback current protection to reduce short circuit current and protect powered devices.
