NSR0115CQP6: Common Cathode Schottky Diode, 15 V, 100 mA Dual-Dual
These Schottky barrier diodes are designed for high voltage speed switching applications, circuit protection, and voltage clamping. Extremely low forward voltage reduces conduction loss. Industry leading smallest surface mount package is excellent for hand-held and portable applications where space is limited.
