The H8S/2128 group, H8S/2128S group, and H8S/2124 group enhance the peripherals of the H8/300 group while they support the sub-clock operating mode. They contribute to the customer's system design and development due to upward compatibility with the H8/3297 group, resulting in smooth replacement as well as a lineup of products with on-chip single-power-supply flash memory. The 64-pin and 90-pin packages are available.
