The H8S/2138 group and H8S/2134 group enhance the peripheral of the H8/300 group while they support the sub-clock operating mode. They contribute to the customer's system design and development due to upward compatibility with the H8/3387 and H8/3397 groups, resulting in smooth replacement as well as a lineup of products with on-chip single-power-supply flash memory.
