PWM speed control with stand-by function, thin package type - BD6966NUX
This IC is the compact brushless fan motor driver. The features are low voltage operation and low ON-resistance in order to meet the needs of notebook PC fan motors for small form factor. The soft switching function reduces noise significantly.
