BD9479FV is a high efficiency driver for white LEDsand designed for large LCDs. This IC is built-in a boostDCDC converters that employ an array of LEDs as thelight source. BD9479FV has some protect functionagainst fault conditions, such as the over-voltageprotection (OVP), the over current limit protection ofDCDC (OCP), the short circuit protection (SCP), theopen detection of LED string. Therefore BD9479FV isavailable for the fail-safe design over a wide rangeoutput voltage.
