BU32UC3WG is high-performance FULL CMOSregulator with 300-mA output, which is mounted onversatile package SSOP5 (2.9 mm x 2.8 mm x 1.25 mm). It has excellent noise characteristics and loadresponsiveness characteristics despite its low circuitcurrent consumption of 50µA. It is most appropriate forvarious applications such as power supplies for logic IC, RF, and camera modules ROHM's.
