BGU7005: 用于GPS、GLONASS、Galileo和Compass的SiGe:C LNA MMIC
BGU7005是适合GPS接收器应用的一款低噪声放大器(LNA)，用的是塑料无引脚6-pin超小型SOT886封装。 BGU7005只需使用一个外部匹配电感和一个外部去耦电容。 对于不同无线电系统共存的现代手机，BGU7005可根据环境变化自动调整。该器件功耗低并且当手机中存在发射端的阻塞信号时仍然能够很好的工作低干扰功率下的该器件在噪声系数为0.85 dB时可实现16.5 dB的增益。对于手机burst发射造成的高干扰功率，该器件可临时增大其偏置电流从而提高灵敏度。
