BT258S-800LT：SCR逻辑电平、高温
采用SOT428 (DPAK)表面贴装塑料封装的钝化敏感栅极可控硅整流器(SCR)，设计用于要求高双向阻断电压能力和高热循环性能的应用。这些器件设计为直接连接微控制器、逻辑集成电路和其它低功耗栅极触发电路。
